Our offering in China operates under Aristodemou Loizides Yiolitis LLC, Shanghai Representative Office (Cyprus) which is a member of the Harneys Group. Our Shanghai office became fully operational in 2017, making us the first and the largest offshore law firm with a full-service legal team on the ground in Mainland of China.

Our Shanghai team is comprised of lawyers from both the litigation, insolvency and restructuring practice and the transactional practice. Our lawyers provide a full complement of corporate, wealth, and fiduciary services. We are well-known for producing an exceptionally high quality of work that is at the forefront of the offshore legal market. In 2023, Harneys established Harneys Company Limited Beijing Representative Office to further develop the Chinese market.

Harneys has one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing dispute resolution practice groups among offshore law firms in the People’s Republic of China (PRC). Our litigation, insolvency and restructuring (LIR) team in China undertakes all aspects of litigation in the BVI, Cayman Islands and Bermuda courts, including shareholder disputes, just and equitable winding-up, insolvency proceedings, corporate restructurings, contentious trust disputes and asset tracing/enforcement.
